Original paintings, framed paper prints, jigsaws, tea towels, coasters, cards and calendars are usually sent out in 24 hours. All items in the 'sale' section are also sent out within 24 hours.
Canvas prints are sent out within 3 working days. 
Everything else is made to order and will be sent out within 7 working days.

Orders up to £19.99 is £2.50
Orders £20 to £39.99 is £3.50
Orders £40 and over is £4.99

I want you to love my products. If you don't please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I can offer you a refund or exchange.

These items are only made once an order has been received. I do not hold stock. I’m sorry I can not accept returns for these custom or personalised orders. 

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, although it is usually within 5 working days.
